TwentyFour Asset Management

The fixed income specialists

About TwentyFour Asset Management

TwentyFour are a boutique asset management company, specialising in fixed income. Our product focus means that all of our resources and people are managing one asset class, which allows us to concentrate on delivering the best outcomes for our clients, and has enabled us to build an enviable reputation for performance, expertise and innovation in our chosen sector. We have some of the most experienced fixed income managers in the industry working at TwentyFour, including Gary Kirk (over 30 years’ experience across asset management and investment banking) and Rob Ford (one of the first traders of ABS in the 1980s, and one of the market’s leading authorities on the sector). Our three award-winning business lines – Multi-Sector Bond, Asset Backed Securities, and Defined Outcome - cover the fixed income spectrum, and our regular blogs are known for their market insights and commentary.

We are based in London, and as part of the Vontobel Group since 2015, we have a global presence. We are one of the fastest growing asset managers in Europe and our client base is truly international, covering Europe, Asia, and America. Our offices are currently located in London, New York and Switzerland, with access to our Vontobel colleagues and clients across the globe.

Our graduate programme is a unique opportunity, offering successful candidates the chance to start their career in a dynamic and fast paced company, with access to some of the fixed income industry’s biggest names. We take pride in our working environment and open architecture, with the majority of the company working from the same space in our new London offices at the heart of the City. Depending on the stage of the rotation you could be seated next to our CEO, be invited to client meetings, or represent the company when dealing with our counterparties. The programme will be focused on roles in the Portfolio Management, Operations and Sales & Marketing areas, and will offer unparalleled training and stimulating, hands-on experience designed to launch your career in asset management, along with the opportunity for our graduates to undertake industry exams. Our programme has been designed to give our graduates the knowledge and training that they need to become future leaders, whilst the exposure to all areas within the firm via our rotation structure will provide a solid understanding of how an asset management business operates. We know our people are our biggest strength, and we have a great track record for offering opportunity for progression within the firm.

Each graduate will be supported by a direct supervisor and have their development overseen by the most senior people within the business and is combined with a competitive starting salary and benefits package.
